What is Venetian Plaster?
After reading the many online articles about venetian plaster it certainly is confusing. In the traditional sense venetian plaster is a plaster made from slaked lime, marble dust, water and potentially a few other particles like sand or mica; and is totally VOC free and environmentally friendly. Lime venetian plaster also naturally inhibits mold growth and repels insects due to its slightly higher pH value from the lime inside.
Venetian plaster was first invented in the Venice region of Italy hundreds of years ago and is still used extensively today. The plaster we sell comes pre-mixed and ready for application. It is typically applied with a stainless steel trowel in two to three coats. After drying venetian plaster is essentially a stone veneer on your wall which exhibits the look and feel of marble or other stone. Venetian plaster is elegant and beautiful and exudes luxury.
How to find the color charts?
Each product has an associated color chart. The color chart is located under the Download section of the Document table at the bottom of the product page, or is inserted as an image below the main image of the product can at the top of the page. Please select a color and note it within the "Notes" section on the shopping cart page.
Do you custom match colors?
Yes! Please call or email with your custom color information and we will match. Matching Venetian Plaster colors is not easy, but can be done with about 90% accuracy. It typically takes us 1-2 days to custom match a color.
Do you offer a discount if I am purchasing large quantities?

Where are you located and can I pick up my Order from your office?
Our warehouse is located in Madison Wisconsin. If you wish to arrange shipping or pick up the order please order online as usual, then send us an email stating you would like to pick it up and we will notify you when your order is ready which is usually 1-2 business days if your item is in stock, and where the item is located.
How can I place an order?
Ordering Online: Find a product you would like to purchase and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button. Now click ‘Checkout’. If you are ordering more than one product, add all the items that you wish to purchase in the cart. Once you are done click on ‘Checkout’. If there were any options, colors or upgrades that you missed, one of our custom service staff members will contact you either by email or phone.
Ordering by Phone: Our friendly, knowledgeable staff will be happy to help you select your product and any accessories whilst keeping in mind your individual needs. Ordering by Email: If you want to place your order through email, send us a message to firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our staff members will get back to you quickly with a total price including shipping. When will I be contacted to confirm my order?
A Decora representative will email you prior to the shipping of your order, informing you of order status. If your item has options which were not specified when you placed your order, we will mention these and wait for your response. Otherwise for all normal orders we will send you a confirmation that your order has been accepted and reach out to you again once your order has shipped.
How do I check the status of my order?
As soon as your order ships we will email with your shipping information and tracking number. This allows you to easily track the daily progress of your order from our warehouse to your door step.
What if my order is damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please let us know at email@example.com and we will get a new product shipped to you ASAP. Please read the DAMAGED ITEMS section of your Shipping Information Page.
When will I be contacted regarding the delivery of my order?

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
